What I try and do is point people to the FAQ:

That's just a mirror, not sure where the original is.

I then also encourage people to spread this 'vaccination' upsteam and mail this URL to the people that they got the hoax message from.

the WHO just decided to destroy the last remaining samples of Smallpox, maybe someday we can do the same with the Good Times virus.
