I use MSIE 4.0 on Windows. I want to use Frontier's outliner to View Source. Is the View Source app hard-wired to Notepad?

Here's an interesting idea. News.com is offering two versions of each story. One version is formatted for viewing on a screen, and another is 'printer-friendly'. I want this feature!
