There are tradeoffs in user interface design. What makes a piece of software accessible to a newcomer often gets in the way of an experienced user. And what makes a piece of software streamlined for the expert is totally perplexing to a newbie. Pick your audience. Design accordingly. An example. This website is easy to learn.
