If you've been using Frontier 5.0, you can upgrade to 5.0.1. See the upgrade page.

Security notice

After installing Frontier 5.0.1, you should install the security fix released 8/19/98 that closes a security hole when Frontier is running on a server.

Requirements

• Windows NT 4.0 or Windows 95.
• A Macintosh, 68K or PowerPC, running System 7.1 or greater. Frontier is a fat Mac app.
• A suitable amount of memory.
• Some time to play and learn.

How to install

• Unzip or unstuff the archive.
• Open the folder.
• Read the "Read Me" html file.
• Windows users: Launch Frontier.exe.
• Mac users: Launch the UserLand Frontier app.
