Improved Multiplication Table

Thanks for the heads-up on JavaScript. I read through the spec a month or so ago (back in the dark ages when they wanted to call it "LiveScript"), but I haven't had a chance to work on it. Your message provided that little motivational nudge that I needed.

As a non-C programmer, some of the syntax threw me, but I shortened the code for your Multiplication table example by using some loops. I wrote and debugged this under 2.03. Where did you find 2.04?
