Syd Mead, the designer who brought the futuristic visions of movies like Blade Runner to life, finally has his own Web site. It's still under construction, but it's an important landmark; Syd Mead defined the visual look of the future and now he's designing for the Web, which in many ways personifies the future. Now that the future of science fiction is meeting the future of reality, the artists of science fiction are taking root in reality as well.
